My buddy James and I sat on the steps of the Edinburgh Festival Theatre giving passers by the opportunity to take a zine from the art deco/malted wheaties inspired zine dispenser I had fashioned the night before.
Tough crowd to be honest. I think everyone had had enough of fringe flyerers getting in their way and giving them flyers with the intention of making them go see shows. In fact, when I went in to Forest cafe the very lovely people there were so astonished that I wasn't selling anything, pedlling goods, or flyering for a show they took a big handful of zines.
